We recently decided to list our property in St James. Our concerns were that we were living out of state. We decided to list the property with Vic and our concerns were immediately put to rest.Vic arranged for painters, appliances to be installed as well as flooring in the bedrooms. Vic hand picked the materials and met the vendors. We did have a repair that needed attention. Vic arranged for the contractor and oversaw the finished product. Im my humble opinion, Vic Rosado is without a doubt the most competent real estate agent we have ever dealt with. He makes you feel like family from the moment you meet him. He is also extremely familiar with every development in Southport, Oak Island and all the surrounding areas. We recently moved to St James from Florida and Vic made our experience very special.
