I visited Southport, NC. in coastal Carolina more than 12 years ago for the first time and immediately felt like this was my Hometown! I grew up in a small town very similar in Alabama with a slow pace and beautiful lake, not an Ocean, but there was always water within view to inspire my love of all things outdoors.  Now the small-town coastal life is perfect for me and maybe for you too!
